Hearn Properties is a progressive property management, acquisition and development company. We acquire properties in the greater Boston area with a view to redeveloping them into both well-managed buildings and beautifully finished condominium communities. We presently manage over 550 apartments and are in the process of redeveloping and selling a number of condominiums and commercial spaces of up to 10,000 sq ft.

We specialize in turning existing apartment complexes into professionally managed, secure and safe residences for our tenants. We recognize our buildings as our tenants' homes and we continue to challenge ourselves to improve and enhance our buildings, both aesthetically and with new and improving tenants.

We strive to endlessly improve the service standards which we offer. This is achieved through a combination of a full-time maintenance staff, which is managed through our offices in both Boston and Lynn, for our North Shore properties. Our office staff concentrates fully on tenant relations to achieve the most efficient and secure environments for all of our residents.
